Damon Joyner joined SMArtX Advisory Solutions as Chief Financial Officer in August 2024, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in financial services. He specializes in financial management, business strategy, and operational transformation.
Previously, Damon was EVP and CFO of American Portfolios (an Osaic Company), where he played a key role in the firm’s sale to Osaic and led strategic growth initiatives. He also held senior roles at Sterne Agee Clearing (a Stifel Company) and Anderson Strudwick, overseeing major platform upgrades and revenue expansion.
Damon holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Middle Tennessee State University and multiple professional licenses, including FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 27, 28, 63, and 65, along with certifications such as CFS, CMFC, and CRPC. He is an active industry participant and serves on the Osaic Foundation Board.
